What happens when you step away from everyday life for a few days, gather with other students, and simply make time for God and His Word?

This year, Trilogy brought us together around exactly that - the Bible, people, and the time we spend together. For a few days, students from different cities stepped away from summer, work, and the usual rhythm of everyday life and headed to Trilogy 2026. Three groups, one place, and many different stories coming together in one shared experience.

When the Bible Becomes More Than Just Words on a Page

One of the most important parts of Trilogy was the time we spent around God’s Word. Not simply reading a passage, but stopping, asking questions, and thinking about what it actually means for our lives.

There were moments of silence and personal reflection, conversations in small groups, and discussions where we did not always have ready answers. Sometimes, it was the questions themselves that opened the door to the most meaningful conversations.

For some, it was an opportunity to return to the Bible in a new way. For others, it was the first time in a long while that they had opened it. And for others, it was simply a chance to be among people with whom they could freely talk about faith, doubts, and the things that matter to them.

In Between the Serious Conversations

But Trilogy was about more than just the Bible.

In between the conversations were games, sports, walks, laughter, food, and those small moments that often end up becoming the most memorable ones. New people met each other, friendships grew deeper, and some conversations continued long after the official programme had ended.

Because being a student is about more than studying. It is a season of finding your place, building friendships, asking important questions, and making decisions that shape your future. And that is exactly why it matters that we do not go through these years alone.

Leaving with More Questions - and More Hope

By the end of Trilogy, not every question had been answered. But perhaps that was never the goal. Sometimes, the most valuable thing is simply to stop for a moment and allow yourself to ask questions. To hear another perspective. To discover something new in a familiar passage of Scripture. To talk to someone you met only a few days ago, but with whom you can already share something real. To listen to what God may be saying to you.

Trilogy 2026 reminded us that faith is not something we only experience on our own. It is explored, shared, and lived out together.

And when those few days come to an end, what remains is more than just the memory of an event. It is the people, the conversations, and the questions that continue to stay with us long after we have returned home.
