The goal of this year's leadership conference was to help students understand that following Jesus has a cost that affects their personal life, mission and the gospel. To encourage them with good examples and equip them to take responsibility to move forward, as well as to teach others to obey God. We spent an invaluable time together, filled with joy, fun, deep conversations and reflections and glorifying God's name, mission and the gospel. We had sessions, small groups for discussions led by our Barnabas students, a special BHSS evening, praise and prayer.

Our student shares the following after her first leadership conference: "The leadership conference this year was my first and it was extremely fruitful and enriching. It encouraged me and helped me see the whole picture, as well as showed me the main challenges that I can have even as a Barnabus. But the most important thing that stood out is that the cost is high, but the reward is huge and although it is expensive, it is always worth it."

Another student from Varna said the following: "Oh, for me this conference was, perhaps, the most inspiring and the most edifying so far! I got closer to a lot of people, it was wonderful! I built new friendships and saw the word in a different way (regarding the topics we talked about in the small groups), I am happy about the small groups, too! Because there was a lot of sharing, personal experience, it was quite touching and edifying! The topics were really quite interesting and quite close to me, as were the things we talked about! I liked it, even a lot!"
